The info session day features a mini workshop addressing the topic of Risk Management in Widening Actions. Risk management is a multifaceted issue, when having to identify context related risks, assign probability of happening and eventual impact. Risk analysis is an important aspect of widening actions, often neglected by applicants, as attested by their Evaluation Summary Report (ESR). This workshop aims to raise awareness amongst NCPs on Risk Management by introducing risk assessment methods and through interactive exercises, the NCPs will be acquainted with the basic tools for risk analysis and be inducted how to work on contingency plans. Our trainer is a certified Project Management Professional who has a long experience in EU projects.
The same day, we will also hold an outreach session, namely an brief information session addressed to Slovenian applicants, where NCPs will share some of their knowledge acquired over the years.
